Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy is a particularly effective technique for resolving past emotional blocks that have led to issues of low self-esteem and self confidence.

It allows you to overcome these negative emotions from the past and it is also very good for dealing with issues arising from similar causes such as fear, anger, guilt, jealousy or perceived failure that can cause emotional blocks.

This therapy allows you to let go of the 'inner critic' and limiting self-beliefs such as "I'm not good enough", or "I can't do that", or "I'll never be able to....."

It is a simple technique that takes your mind back to times when you displayed all of the resources you either needed to cope with the past troublesome event or to respond to a future event and transfer them to those events.
