About Step2Change

Step2Change is the name of my practice based in Edinburgh, Midlothian, although thanks to modern technology, English speaking clients for NLP and Achievement Coaching can be accommodated wherever in the world they live and work.

I, Mike Rogers am the Principal and a Consultant Life Coach and I have a network of professional associates that I can call on as the need arises. I firmly believe that everybody already has all the resources they need to achieve whatever they want to achieve. Acknowledging also that as individuals we occasionally need guidance and support to achieve our personal aims and goals, led me to retrain and develop skills to satisfy this need.

I now have the following qualifications and accreditations:

  • A General Hypnotherapy Standards Council validated Practitioner
  • A Member of the General Hypnotherapy Register
  • An Associate of the National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists
  • Accredited by the National Regulatory Register for Hypnotherapy.
  • Registered by the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO) National Public Register, registration number 81731
  • A Certified Licensed NLP Practitioner and Member of the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
  • A qualified and certified Life Coach.

     

I am currently resident Life Coach at Fitness First Platinum Health Club in the Royal Scots Club, 31 Abercrombie Place, Edinburgh.

In support of business clients, I have an MBA and over 25 years experience as a senior manager in both the public and private sectors. During this period, I helped teams and individuals to develop personally and professionally by designing and delivering training seminars and through one-to-one coaching and mentoring.

The logo reflects the duality of the markets I serve. At a personal level we are climbing to higher levels of achievement, success and fulfilment, while at a corporate level, the logo depicts the now ubiquitous 'Boston Box' wherein organisations' aspirations are to achieve the position in the top right hand corner.
